Peak Performance Workshop – Find that Winning Edge

After their sellout success last month with their first Peak Performance Workshop, Zoe Taylor and Camilla Henderson are holding another Sport Psychology Workshop, this time in Surrey.

 

The evening workshop is split into three parts, two parts Sport Psychology introduction: How does it apply to us? Discussing challenges and developing confidence, then the final part is a pilates session with Hannah Gadsden who works regularly with some of the world class equestrians, British Dressage and worked with some of the British Olympic Dressage riders, most recently at Rio 2016.

The workshop will be really fun, interactive & insightful, they will start with the basics and background of general sport psychology and learning how to apply
some of the core sport psych concepts and strategies to our training/competition struggles. They will discuss some of the core ‘mental’ challenges in which equestrians 
are faced with in their day to day training environments, then discuss some useful take home tips, focusing on mindset, resilience and confidence building. They will discuss 
the application of some of the core mental skills, effectively your tool box for coping at competition or when you are under pressure.
