I am so pleased to be sharing good news with you after many months and to report that on our first time back she produced a solid clean test and yippee won!

Laura Gulliver sticks to her quiet competition plan and keeps reminding herself that it’s all about the journey and not the destination.

I’ve been very busy with my work freelancing this month, lots of new clients who I look forward to watching and seeing how they improve over the summer months.

Finally Natalia had her moment to get glam, put her hair up and go off to a party and I got chance to wear my new competition boots- Hooray at last!
