New fully interactive equestrian job board

Equine Elite job board

Since setting up in 2012, Equine Elite have successfully recruited staff for a number of top yards and facilities in the UK, Europe and further afield, as well as successfully filling office and field-based positions with equestrian companies.

2016 sees the launch of the new fully interactive equestrian Job Board for employers and employees. All of the Equine Elite team have worked hands-on in the industry, and their methods have been shown to work, time and time again.

“Equine Elite were great to work with, we had a number of positions to fill over the winter of 2013/2014, Sarah was brilliant – she listened to my needs, the yard’s requirements and then found potential candidates that she thought would work well in our yard and set up. Sarah made the process less stressful and time consuming for me, as she does all the hard work of contacting candidates, referencing, liaising over interviews, neogitating packages, she is always prompt with follow up and without hesitation she is patient and enthusiastic.”

Izzy Taylor, International Event Rider

“At the beginning of the 2013 season, I struggled to find the right staff. After talking to Equine Elite, they quickly presented a few top candidates, two  of which I employed.

2013 has so far been a successful year thanks to my team and especially to my grooms Sophie and Jenna, both found through Equine Elite.

I truly recommend Equine Elite and I could not be happier with their service.”

Ludwig Svennerstal, International Event Rider

“I had had two bad experiences in one year employing grooms to work on my small but international level dressage yard. As a small yard, we rely on one full time member of staff, making it even more stressful when that one person leaves.

I was really struggling before Sarah started helping me to find someone for the role but as soon as Sarah was involved I had confidence she would find the right person. Sarah was quick to identify a short list and I am absolutely thrilled with my new groom. We have just started the competition season and are, after only two months, already a strong team ready for the coming season. She really has both employer and employee’s interests at heart.”

Lucy Fallen Dressage

Speaking to The Gaitpost about the new Equine Elite Job Board, Sarah Huntley, MD, said “In addition to our bespoke service, we have noticed a high demand for a quick, easy and cost-effective method to recruit staff.

As a result, we have been working hard to design and develop a fully interactive job board that will allow our equestrian employers to do just that!

With a huge database of current job seekers, brilliant working relationships with the British Grooms Association as well carefully selected associates, combined with the largest social media audience of any equestrian recruitment agency in the World – Equine Elite is THE place to advertise!

We actively embrace the latest technology to maximise the reach of our adverts. Targeted online campaigns ensure our adverts are regularly viewed by 40,000+ potential candidates, providing a massive exposure for your advert, filling that vacancy quickly and easily.”

So if 2016 sees you looking for a new challenge or you are in need of dedicated, professional help this season, there is no better place to start the search than on the Equestrian Elite Job Board. Good luck!
