Located in Berkshire, Ascot holds a combination of National Hunt and Flat racing. The most significant being Royal Ascot which takes place on the 14-18 June 2016. It is Britain's most valuable race meeting, holding eighteen Group races, eight of which are Group one. The best racehorses compete for more than £5.5 million in prize money.
