KBIS British Equestrian Insurance have long been one of the UK’s leading independent horse insurance specialists. The family run business offers insurance at every level of equestrianism and has always shown support to hardworking equestrian athletes across different disciplines, and today they announce that Wiltshire based Georgie Strang will be the newest edition to the team.
Georgie, a well-known 4* eventer, has seen a successful 2018; qualifying 5-year-old Global Quest for the Burghley Young Event Horse Final and completing her first Badminton Horse Trials on her top horse Cooley Earl.
Georgie, who grew up in the South East, moved to Sir Mark Todd’s yard in Wiltshire at the beginning of the year, placing her just around the corner from the KBIS office in Peasemore. On taking on the role Georgie said
“I already insured the yard through KBIS as I find the team friendly and helpful, I feel privileged to now be in the position to represent them both on and off the horses. They have shown huge support to the sport over the last two decades and I very much look forward to working with them”
“We are pleased to be working with Georgie who has been a long term customer of KBIS and we are looking forward to following her and her exciting team of horses” said Emma Prest, KBIS Marketing Manager.
Other sponsored riders in the KBIS team include champion show rider Jayne Ross, show jumping family Tina, Will and Olli Fletcher and para dressage rider Charlotte Cundall.
