The SEIB Winter Novice Championship is a popular showjumping series made up of twelve national qualifying rounds which are held ahead of the Championship Final, which will once again be run during the prestigious Longines Royal International Horse Show at Hickstead (25th – 30th July 2017). Laura Mantel and Funnycan are the current SEIB Winter Novice Championship title holders and they took a great win earlier this year against some stiff competition.

SEIB has been providing specialist insurance solutions since 1963 and their reputation has been built on giving good honest advice, whilst offering insurance products to cover the exacting needs of their clients. SEIB provide specialist schemes including a range of equestrian insurance policies that are affordable and adaptable. SEIB has been arranging horse related insurance for nearly fifty years and they offer both personal and commercial packages.

SEIB also offer exclusive discounts to British Showjumping members taking out new insurance policies for horses, horseboxes, trailers and yards. For more information on this, simply ring 0845 873 4904.

Commenting on this announcement, Nicolina MacKenzie, Marketing Manager at SEIB, said:

“SEIB is delighted to support British Showjumping once again with this super competition. We like to support up and coming combinations and this novice series meets our aim beautifully. It is particularly exciting as competitors have the opportunity to compete indoors all winter with the hope of getting an opportunity to jump in the fabulous international arena at Hickstead next summer.”

Maria Haig, Head of Communications at British Showjumping added:

“It gives us great pleasure to be able to announce SEIB’s continued support of this much enjoyed Championship. Their name has become synonymous with the series and this is testament to SEIB’s ongoing commitment to both riders and producers alike. We feel fortunate that we are able to look forward to working alongside the team at SEIB once again during what should be a successful year of competition.”
