Art studio launch for one of the UK’s foremost sporting and equine artists

Catherine Ingleby, one of the UK’s foremost sporting and equine artists has completely refurbished an old blacksmiths forge in Shurlock Row, Berkshire, reviving it as a vibrant creative hub, studio and gallery.

Catherine will be offering a rare opportunity to visit the studio, and view all her recent work with a private view on the 14th of September, remaining open over the weekend.

Visitors will have the chance for an exclusive preview of her new body of work, with the opportunity to buy originals and limited edition prints.

Equine Art

Renowned for her sense of movement and emotion in her work, Catherine’s love of horses comes through in her dynamic equine paintings. Catherine has painted every type of horse, from HM The Queen’s native Fell and Highland ponies to the most elite of racehorses and polo ponies.

Dog portraits

Much coveted for her sensitive portrayals of loyal best friends, Catherine accepts commissions of both dogs and horses. The engaging studies of dogs working, or at play have proved very popular, and some are included in Catherine’s portfolio of Limited Edition prints.
