Eadweard Muybridge: Animal Locomotion

We have always been super fans of the work of pioneering early photographer Eadweard Muybridge. The Horse in Motion illustrating the consecutive positions in movement has long been, and continues to be, a source of reference for photographers and film makers and formed the inspiration for our logo. 

To celebrate the launch of a large-scale exhibition of his photographs at Beetles+Huxley, London W1, this week’s Viral Inspiration comes from Gallery Director, Giles Huxley-Parlour, who sheds light on Muybridge’s importance on changing our understanding and interpretation of the world.
