Harry Charles the 16 year old son of London 2012 Olympic Gold Medalist Peter Charles, from Alton in Hampshire clinched silver medal with his father Peter’s 10 year-old chestnut gelding Vivaldi Du Dom at the Junior European Championships in Wiener Neustadt in Austria.
Sitting in 7th position after the 1st round of the Individuals he put in a phenomenal performance to climb up into the Silver medal position behind French rider Camille Conde Ferreira who took Gold in the final line up.

17 year-old Millie Allen, from Stockton-on-Tees claimed the Bronze medal riding 10 year-old bay stallion Balou Star, she had secured 3rd position after the first round, a position that she held right through to the end to take her place beside Harry on the podium for the medal giving ceremony.
This achievement adds to the tally of medals following their success on Friday when they won Team Bronze. The British team consisted of Harry Charles, Millie Allen, Robert Murphy and Faye Adams.
