How to make horse shaped pancakes

Need some inspiration to jazz up the humble pancake today? Step forward Pony Mad Daughter (and No. 1 Bake Off Fan) to take us through creating these wonderful horse shaped pancakes (first published February 2018).

Ingredients:

4 oz plain flour (110g)

a pinch of salt

2 large eggs

7 fl oz milk (200ml) mixed together with 3 flo oz water (75ml)

Banana and liquorice All Sorts for decoration

NOTE: Hermione used a bottle for pouring the mixture in to the pan in order to slow down the trickle.
