Sunday night’s feature class is the Thistledown Puissance, where horses have to jump over the toweringly high red wall, while things come to a thrilling conclusion during Monday’s show with the Grand Prix, which will decide who will be crowned the Leading Showjumper of the Year.
Showing classes are a major part of HOYS with riders up and down the country competing for one of the coveted qualifying tickets. H&C will be broadcasting montage round-ups of the action from several of the classes in the TopSpec Arena.
The daily highlights programme at 7.30pm each night will also be repeated at 10am the following morning. The show will be shown on Sky channel 253, and will also be available live, On Demand and on Catch Up on H&C Play, H&C’s online and app-based service (http://play.horseandcountry.tv). Horse & Country’s Head of Programming, Jonathan Rippon said:
“HOYS is one of the highlights of the equestrian calendar, and we’re delighted to be able to bring you more coverage of the show than ever before on the channel.”
