The Activo-Med Equine Spa can be used for rehabilitation and performance. It’s often used to support recovery from tendon and ligament injuries as well as soft tissue damage, hoof related problems, arthritis, laminitis, concussion, wound healing and more. The spa uses cold therapy to help reduce the risk of injury after exercise, to reduce inflammation and provide natural pain relief. With salt water options to further reduce swelling and support wound healing, it’s an incredibly versatile system.
The new lightweight version has been remodelled to remove 4kg of weight by striping the saddle back to the bare minimum, without compromising on both horse and rider comfort and Childéric performance.
Built around the unique Childéric tree technology, the saddle also features anatomically shaped panels and has been specifically built for the cross-country phase.
As with the entire Childéric Saddle Collection, the Lite Models are entirely bespoke to both horse and rider.

The Double Grand Prix is made using quality English leather and comes complete with a throatlash in addition to three hangers on each side to attach the noseband and cheekpieces to, giving riders a permanent throatlash for those who prefer it or need it for competition. As per the original Grand Prix Headpiece, the double version has a shaped design to reduce pressure on the horse’s ears and benefits from a wide, padded leather section that sits on the poll for comfort. The addition of noseband hangers helps to further relieve pressure on the poll.
