British Dressage (BD) and the British Grooms Association (BGA) have been sponsored by SPILLERS® for the past 17 and ten years respectively and SPILLERS® has just renewed its commitment to both bodies.
SPILLERS® began its sponsorship of British Dressage back in 2000, initially supporting the Elementary and Medium Winter Freestyle Championships and the Elementary National Championships. SPILLERS® then took on the immensely popular Combined Training Championships in 2001, which they supported for a decade. Since 2012 the feed manufacturer has sponsored the widely popular Medium Freestyle Winter Championship.
Jason Brautigam, Chief Executive at British Dressage said:
“SPILLERS is an iconic brand in the equestrian industry and synonymous with quality feed products that are valued and respected by our members. To have such dedicated backing for dressage is testament to their belief in supporting riders towards their competition goals, not just through the nutrition of their horses. They have generously agreed to extend their association with the Medium Freestyle at the Winter Championships until 2019 and we look forward to working with them for many years to come.”
SPILLERS® has sponsored the British Grooms Association since its inception in May 2007. The feed manufacturer also supports a nutrition certificate for members and the Groom Clean e-learning initiative.
Lucy Katan, Executive Director of the BGA said:
“The ten years of sponsorship support from SPILLERS has been invaluable to the BGA. Our organisation is for the hard working backbone of our industry, and to have the loyalty of such a recognised and prestigious brand gives us the confidence to strive towards our vision of becoming a 10,000 membership organisation.”
SPILLERS®, the best-known feed brand in the UK* produces feeds to suit all types, including a range of superior fibres and balancers, Laminitis Trust approved products and SPILLERS® Alfalfa-Pro Fibre which carries the BETA Equine Gastric Ulceration Syndrome (EGUS) Certification Mark.
